    never buy this idk if I got a bad headset or what but it didn't last 2 days. it will turn off for no reason at any given time and you have to unplug it and back in then it's like a timer rest before it happens again not worth your time or money buy something else

      Hello mitchell! Sorry to hear you've had issues with your G935 Wireless 7.1 Surround Sound Over-the-Ear Gaming Headset for PC with LIGHTSYNC RG Lighting. Sounds like there's definitely something wrong with your specific headset. What I would recommend you do (if you haven't done so already) is check for any possible firmware update for your headset that might fix the issue. To do so, simply download and install the G Hub software on your PC, connect you wireless receiver to the PC, and follow the on-screen steps to update.     2 Pairs in a year ! Not agin !

    My second pair just gave out the same way that my first pair did. The left ear stops working completly, and I get no sound out of it. Its not something to do with the software, its 100% a hardware issue. Wont be buying again and TBH I think I'm done with LOGI all togethor

    Good sounding headset, but it causes pain.

    This headset is easy to use, however after a few hours I noticed a growing pain at the top of my head. Over time it kept getting worse and worse. Even worse, adjusting it to put less pressure on my head just makes the ears not fit correctly. It's hard to enjoy a product when wearing it causes enough pain to not want to wear it. I will be returning this as soon as possible.

    Don't Last Long

    If you want reliable headphones, these aren't it. After about a year, my 3RD PAIR has broken down on me, nothing has fixed it, and believe me when I say I have scoured the internet for answers. Fix your tech, Logitech.

    Junk, Had them replaced twice then gave up on them. Right ear speaker would cut out both times!!

    Failed after two years

    Failed after two years of use. I bought protection for two years and it started failing right after protection ended.(no noise on one side)

      Hi Shinji, Very sorry to hear about the issue you're having with the G935 Wireless Gaming Headset and it not having any noise on one side. There could be a couple of reasons why that may be that can be easily fixed. First off, it sounds like there could be a connection problem especially if you're trying to use the headset when wired. Try using other cables.     Kept disconnecting, randomly crackles in your ear which irritates you especially while gaming. Would not reccommend.

      Hello customer, I'm sorry to hear that you were having some issues with your G935 Wireless headset. It certainly sounds like you're having some connectivity issues. Make sure the usb receiver is plugged into the closest port to where you are sitting, and try to minimize obstructions.
