Great headset for the price

She has yet to find any problems as of. Ow. No connection issues and she uses it with pc,ps4 and Xbox. Great compatibility and easy to set up.

Defective build quality, needs a revision

Owned for 7 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.There is a defect in the design (that was supposedly also in the prior revision) where the power switch is 'loose' and you will often have to wiggle it for it to get a full connection. I believe this is fixable if you can get Logitech to honor the warranty, but be on the lookout for this if you turn them on and everything sounds distant.

Plugging it in won't do the trick. Software makes it super easy to customize.

Wish the ear portion would swivel or turn a bit more for storage. A case for this price point would have been nice. Struggling to find a case they fit in.
