My headset broke. So this was a great replacement but.

My headset is 3 months old and i am intending on replacing it soon. My main complaint is the microphone volume. It self adjusts even when changed with the G Hub software. I'm not joking the mic picks up my wife coughing from 15 feet away. Customer support is a joke, no response from my submitted ticket after 3 days and 30 minutes on hold are not what I expected from what used to be a top tier company. In short spend you money wisely. The speakers are a lot better than my Rigg 800HD, but my old Rigg headset was for more comfortable.

They work excellently. I would recommend these headphones.

Very helpful headset for any game system including the nintendo switch

Good quality and came as expected. Only downside is the audio doesn’t come out as loud as I wanted or expected for the price. But the rgb’s are decent and the mic quality is okay.

Not the greatest headset, broke within two weeks, currently scrap plastic.

These are just okay. For some reason people have trouble hearing me sometimes with these, I’ve tried changing settings and it has not helped. They sound great on my end though so that’s a bonus. They are comfortable for a while but if you wear them more than an hour they start to hurt. Unfortunately I think I waited too long trying to see if I was doing something wrong with the mic and now I can’t return them or I would.

Husband loves it , it’s wireless , charging time is minimal compared to usage.

Easy setup and works with my work computer for teleworking.

The Headset is fairly good for being wireless. My problem with it is that the material is made out of makes the headset feel cheap overall. The cups heat up like creasy, and they wear down after extended periods of time. Been using it a long time ago and I wish I would've gotten something else. If I were to pick a fair price for the headset, I would make it at most $60. Something good about it is that bluetooth isn't necessary because it uses a Flashdrive to make the wireless connection.

Works as desired and as expected. I would buy again.

So amzing, so many functions and it's so simple. Also sleek fun and easy to use.

Pros: headset sound quality is good. looks nice. cons: headset makes you feel like your head is in a vice. Gave me headaches and earaches from the pressure. sound would randomly cut out forcing me to power cycle the headset multiple times to get the sound back. other thoughts: Tried the G933 Artemis Spectrum as well and they felt the same way. Avoid both of them at all cost.

Great headset to use for gaming i recommend it for any gamer.

I got this headset hoping for a nice cool WIRELESS headset, except it’s not wireless for XBox! It can go wires but the sound quality isn’t that good...
