This is headset isn’t as good as the $40 wired surround sound G432. These constantly disconnect (mind you I am only a foot away from my desktop) AND the mic stops working with no indication of it ever cutting off. So I’m sitting there talking and my friends assume I am muted but I am actually raging and yelling into the mic. Feels bad. Hate to see it. Doesn’t make any sense!

Hello JRCrackedCorn, Very sorry to hear about the issues you're having with the G935 Gaming Headset. It sounds like you need to update the firmware which you can do with Logitech's G Hub software. G Hub also will allow you to customize the settings on your headset. Here's the link to the download:  https://support.logi.com/hc/en-us/articles/360024848813--Downloads-G935-Wireless-7-1-RGB-Gaming-Headset. Hope that you found this helpful and that all is going better. Thank you for being a Logitech customer. - Richard from Logitech

Decently quality. However, it is prone to marks, smudges, and and scratches way too easy.

Hello. I'm sorry to hear that you're unhappy with your G935 headset. The plastics we use are very high quality and the matte black finish is meant to hide/eliminate smudges and such, but there is no way to fully eliminate them. I have found that a magic eraser works really well at cleaning the plastic shells of the headset. If you have any other issues or questions, please contact our customer support https://support.logi.com/hc/en-us/

Never been so frustrated with a pair of headphones

I'm the typical "I never write reviews" person because I NEVER do unless it is actually god awful. Every single pair of headphones I have bought have never given me such a hard time in so few uses. But I cannot express how much I dislike this product. First off, the sound isn't that great/clear, it sounded very muffled. But I decided to deal with it. I realized that I was hearing my own voice while being in a Discord call with my boyfriend. I thought his mic was picking up the sound from his headphones, but it was actually on my end. After researching for too long, I realized I needed to download Logitech G Hub to turn off the feature. I asked my boyfriend how the mic sound and he said it a little on the quiet side. The last straw for me was when I needed to charge the headphones, and oh boy. I got extremely annoyed. The charger kept reconnecting and disconnecting, the notification sounds were going off every second. Windows was telling me they couldn't identify the item I was trying to plug in, even though I have the charger plugged in the whole time. My headphones can't charge now. Waste of time and money. I'm returning this immediately. Save up some money and get some good quality headphones instead.

Hello Kristy! Sorry to hear you're having issues with your G935 Wireless 7.1 Surround Sound Gaming Headset. The G Hub software will definitely allow you to customize all the sound features to your liking, including the sidetone (you hearing your voice when you talk), enabling 7.1 Surround Sound and customizing sound lever for each zone, etc. Playing with the different sound options, should help you find what works best for you, and also adjusting the sound with the volume wheel on the left ear cup. As for the charging problem, I'd suggest making sure the cable is connected properly on both ends (to the headset and to your PC), and also testing a different USB port if you haven't done so already. It sounds like the connectivity between the PC and the headset is getting lost from what you're saying. Also make sure you are not connected through a USB hub, but rather directly to the PC when charging. - Mathieu from Logitech

Not much of a fan of this headset. After having it for a month the mic just stops working. We have to restart the computer to get it working again. I got it for my girlfriend who doesn’t a game a ton and the amount of problems it causes her just sucks.

Hello there, I'm sorry to hear that you had some difficulty connecting your headset to your devices. The G935 should be plug and play; simply make sure the headset is charged and powered on, plug the included USB into your device, and it should start working right away. While the G935 will work on both Playstation and computers, it is unfortunately not a Bluetooth device, so it would not be able to easily connect to an iPhone.

Initially I was going to give it a 3/10 because it’s basic batter life, basic sound quality and just general average feel. But then I thought back and the volume wheel stopped working 15min after started using. It wasn’t supremely comfortable and I didn’t use it long due to the fact it was very meh, so I packed it up and getting ready to bring it back now.

The size is a little bulky but is pretty much the same size as other quality headphones. I think the components were well-thought out. It has a compartment for the USB dongle, the boom mic is nicely incorporated in the headphones. I like it that there are "confirmation" clicks or sounds (even lights) on every action you make, for example the mic snaps in place, or the dongle clicks in, or probably my favorite, is the wireless ON button is sliding, unlike other devices that you push a button and have to wait and see if it turns it on or not. The lighting feature is okay, I don't think I'll ever get to experience it, especially that i don't play in a small dark room. But it's pretty much plug n play with my PS4. I put the dongle in and it recognizes it easily. Per my fortnite buddies, I come in clear. I tried using it on my phone too-- But using the USB dongle (USB C to USB adapter)-- I do come in really loud to the person on the other line-- as in really loud that I don't know how to reduce the volume. My friend had to turn the volume down on her end. Sound quality to be honest is not any different from my other good quality headphones, so I cannot attest to any advantage with this. Sound is simply clean and crisp. After hours of using it, it doesn't hurt or bother me-- no soreness on my outer earlobes. I haven't tried testing the battery life though. I have used it for maybe 10 hours and I seems like it's still going for me. I tried doing a hack on my Sony TV though, if placing the dongle on the TV will make it act like I can listen to the TV with it-- no success. It's okay, it is not made for it. For what I use it for, gaming and even phone conversations while doing my push ups, it's great-- without any connection issues at a good room distance!

Honestly watched reviews on this saying this is a really good headset. The audio is amazing, but It's not work the $140. The build quality is trash. I have this white noise that will not go away no matter what I do in the G hub. I am returning this. It's not worth it.

ABSOLUTE GARBAGE just like this trash best buy app that deleted everything i wrote so i have to do it again. The only reason i’m doing this is to save someone else the absolute hassle and massive waste of time i’ve spent on multiple sets of these garbage junk headsets. Always had connection issues, but the worked at least, no thanks to the garbage “G sUitE” that is riddled with problems. These have connection issues AND are now popping and crackling in my ear. DONT BUY THESE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. Don’t even take them for free.
