    Good for first 3 months. Then you will start to have issues with your mic and the dongle connection via bluetooth. Then in 5 months the hearing in both ears will get wonky. Finally after 6 months they are unusable. Biggest waste of $130

    These headsets gave me trouble over two days of trying to figure out why it wouldn’t work with my Xbox. They are a great company I do very much love logitech. But do not buy these intends for the Xbox. You must have the chat mix adapter if you wish to use these even with all this high-tech fancy features you must have the outdated chat make sure to use this with Xbox one

      Sorry to hear about the issues you're having with your new G935 headset! It should be as simple as plugging the included 3.5mm audio cable from your headset into your Xbox controller, if the controller is the original Microsoft branded version. If it is a third-party controller, it may require the extra adapter to make it work properly. Have you tried using the headset with the RGB turned off? That should extend your battery an extra couple hours. You can do this on GHub.

    Ok spud but the mic is horrible. Only can use in a dead silent room.if not u can hear a mouse tip toe.

    Garbage headset. Mic stops working and audio constantly cuts out. Good luck getting someone at Logitech to actually help.

      Hello, Big33! I'm sorry to hear about your experience with the G935 headset! Unfortunately, due to Xbox's USB protocols, none of our wireless headsets work wirelessly on Xbox. They do work wirelessly on PlayStation and PC, however. Thank you so much for this feedback! I will be passing this along.

    This was a purchase to replace a broken Astro A20. This by far was the most disappointing purchase. The box false has advertising saying 'wireless'. And 'Xbox One'. It lies. I even tried contacting support and there was No reply. Do Not but this product!!

      Hello Agent99x. I apologize that our box and marketing may have misled you. The G935 does work with Xbox One but not via the USB wireless adapter. It will only connect to Xbox via the 3.5mm auxiliary jack. Once again, I apologize for the confusion and hopes this clears things up. We appreciate the feedback and will be keeping this in mind.     First of all the headset is incredibly uncomfortable. They mute themselves and you have to rip the battery in and out to get a chance for them to fix themselves. I would not buy this headset unless you want a ton of problems and bad quality.

      Hello customer, I apologize that the audio quality wasn't as good as you had hoped when using the G935 on your PS4. Unfortunately 7.1 surround sound isn't available on PS4, so you won't have access to that, however the audio quality should still be quite good. If you're still having issues, try plugging into a different USB port on your console, and make sure the USB is fully inserted into the port. A half inserted USB can sometimes explain poor audio quality.

    One week in and though we have sound in one ear, the other now has nothing but static .... started early and got worse as time went on. Couldn't adjust it in settings but will return and edit review if we find it is user error ... printing receipts to return item or get replacement.

Is the issue happening with the static when using both wireless and wired connections? Also, is the headset fully charged and have the latest firmware updated?     100% dissatisfied..Poor sound quality. Uncomfortable. It clamped too hard to my head. Way too expensive for the lack of quality of this headset. (I HAVE A DIFFERENT LOGITECH HEADSET LESS EXPENSIVE BETTER QUALITY) I am returning "THIS" headset as soon as possible.

    Doesn t work with computers.

    Tried this with my 2,000 dollar computer and it would mention that it was hooked up when I plugged it in but I couldnt select it as an option in the bottom right when I clicked on volume because it would not be able to find it so I had take this back. Don t get this for computers doesn t work.

    The Logitech G935 is a solid offering. The design has clean lines and just enough accent lighting. I was pleasantly surprised with the ease of set up. Although I am not a fan of Logitech migrating to their G Hub software exclusively for this product, everything still went smoothly. The wireless range is strong and I didn't experience any spurious disconnection issues. The audio and microphone performance of this headset is top-shelf and it's strongest attributes. Having purchased, owned or otherwise reviewed a wide range of wireless headsets, I personally find the Logitech G935 to be the 'best of breed' regarding range of volume, clarity and overall fidelity. The 50mm drivers do an outstanding job of reproducing the full spectrum, most notably in the mid-range and bass frequencies. Treble is also very smooth and not overly bright. This headset has the best overall sound of any wireless offering I've heard over the past several years. And having that little bit of extra gain with respect to max volume is very important to me. So many wireless headsets these days just don't get loud enough for me. The onboard controls are logically placed and easy to adapt to, another high point for this design. Overall comfort is good although the ear pads are not as comfortable as cloth/micro fiber material and since the geometry of the human head can very so much, I suspect there will be those that dislike wearing them for extended periods of time ... or at all. For me, the comfort is good and the compliant foam is just right. Battery life is solid, beating the specifications by a little bit, but it remains to be seen if it can consistently provide this type of reliable power between charges at the 6 month, 12 month and longer age-points. No matter, Logitech stands behind this product with a 2-year warranty, so I'm not really concerned. I would recommend using these with the lighting disabled for serious game-play to maximize game time without worry. Or if it's a marathon session, just use the cable. Overall I would highly recommend this headset. Individuals will need to decide on the comfort level by trying them out personally, but I believe few (if any) can & will complain about the operation and the outstanding audio performance. Give them a try !

    The headband on these headphones was extremely tight and that tends to give headaches over time so i returned them.
