updated g933 buy the looks added metal to some weekparts to beef a already sterdy headset up well see if thay fixed a smal ishuw with the spekers coming desauterd from the power swich

I've enjoyed the headset while it is working, though the new software has been bad the entire time. The mic / software has a bug where the mic will be off even though the red indicator light is missing. The ear pads are starting to wear down after about 1.5 years. Audio quality glitching / cutting out, this is caused by a defect in the power switch. When the audio glitches you must wiggle the power switch just right to get it back to normal. I am not the only person to report this issue.

These headphones are the best headphones iv payed with. The cheap ones dont output sound like this, hearing more than i ever heard and communicating when gaming easily. And they look good

The headset has been a good choice for what we needed them for. We can always find what we need at Best Buy...So keep up the good work..Also most of your employees are very helpful...

Logitech is a great company which stands behind its product.. I had a charging wire issue on the previous headphones without a problem the company send me a replacement.. Every compost should take a lesson from them and the headphones are great.. It's my second purchase from logitech

The microphone is not of the best quality. However the Sound is very good and the headset itself fits comfortably on my head.

Bought to replace my old Logitech headset. Great headset sound is loud and clear, the mic is great picks up your voice very well. You can go to the Logitech website to download the Logitech Hub which lets customize the buttons and colors on the headset. Thumbs up

It works fine i mostly use if for my pc and ps4 and i can hear both things with a aux cord plugged in to the ps4 but the thing that i’m most concerned about is the durability off the headphone they creak a lot and it concerned me but besides that everything is fine

Headphones are pretty good. I haven’t tried the mic but overall don’t have an issue with them. They are wireless but use a usb dongle to connect to your computer. I would recommend them. Have to download Logitech Hub to get the full experience.

Recently bought it and liked the quality of the product. So far so good.

This is an excellent headset. We were looking for bluetooth which this does not have. We returned it for that reason only. That is why 4 stars. Otherwise it would be 5.

The sound quality is good but they are extremely bulky. After wearing for a while, it starts to hurt a bit but it’s not too bad

Solid headphones that pack a punch. A bit on the heavier side, and wish that the cable for charging was better, but can't complain about this product.

Got these after the wired version went out on me. The wired ones were simply amazing. So upgraded to these. Love playing Phasmophobia VR on my Oculus Quest 2 on these. These headphones brings the creepy atmosphere closer and makes gaming so much funner.

Man if you want absolutely the best product and best service look no further. I tried some of the Walmart brands and to be honest there is NOTHING really to compare. These headphones are in a class all there own. The service at Best Buy was spectacular. What a great experience.

Overall I've enjoyed my G935 headset, but there's a few issues in hardware and software that desperiatly need to be addressed in the Logitech lineup before this would actually be considered a great headset. The on/off switch, like the G933 the G935's on/off switch is horrible. After a bit of use the switch starts to deteriorate and the left earphone starts to fade and cutout. I've had this happen with multiple G935s and G933s. It's a design and manufacturing issue that's been known for years, but Logitech has not addressed the issue. So, basically as it stands the swtich itself is designed to break after enough time or uses. I only have this headset because I have the BestBuy warranty program, otherwise I would clearly not reccomend this product. The Logitech software that links between Logitch products is alright, but still needs work. A certain setting, 'Noise Removal' causes intermitent issues of the microphone to cut-out for long periods of time and was very difficult to troubleshoot. I like the sound quality and bass along with the surround sound abilities to work within games that have amazing sound quality and sound effects like New World.

I use this for work from home and it works flawlessly! Comfortable and great sound quality. Just wish the battery lasted a little longer.

Adjusting to the settings is challenging at first, but all around great headset!
