I bought these thinking they a were an update to the G933, they aren't. The sounds quality is really bad compared to the G933 and just about everything else remains the same. I figured the new 50mm drivers were going to be better but the bass would give out at lower levels and start producing static. They also removed one of the surround capabilities (Dolby/DTS) and haven't changed anything but removing stuff from the G933. The tuned 40mm drivers in the G933 are way better than the 50mm drivers in these.

Bought this to replace an old, broken Logitech wired headset. I use it for gaming on both PC and Nintendo Switch as well as for Teams meetings while working remote. Easy to use and customizable. LIGHTSYNC RGB lighting is just icing on the cake. Highly recommended.

This headset worked well and the lightspeed wireless works great compared to bluetooth. The surround audio was perfect for games with 3d sound. However like other reviews, the audio started going out on one side or the other. Originally this seemed like a software sound balance issue but there were no settings in place to cause this. Turning the headset off and on didn't fix, but pressing the control buttons on the side of the headset made slight random sound adjustments (moving between the sound balance, turning off completely, etc). Unfortunately this issue came about right after the 2-year warranty period.

My brother bought another one too expensive..after we return the first one we got this headset..he said it works good...he uses for xbox one..no for computer....

My son got this for his gaming needs. He loves the sound quality and uses it almost every day.

Mic sensor goes bad. Do not buy ! Researched it on the web and many complaints.

I would give a five star review but you can't adjust the clamp pressure on these and the Logitech G-Hub software is straight garbage.

Was looking for a relatively decent headset and a decent price this one matched up very well I have no complaints other than microphone is small but it does the job

These are easy to use and set up. Needed to get an adapter to make them work on the Nintendo Switch The color changes are smooth and cool looking

It was good but it would not let me talk on xbox one which makes me think that it only works on pc but it says it works for all different consoles

Truly the best headset I’ve tried! I switched from the Corsair virtuoso headset and man, what a difference! Only down side is that they fit pretty snug on your head which I personally like but I could see other people having an issue with it

Another solid piece of hardware from Logitech. With both wireless, and corded options, plus compatibility with all the major consoles, this headset has it all for me. Lightsync is a nice bonus as well. I’m very satisfied with my purchase.

Decent headset with good option set overall. It wasn't comfortable for me but sound signature was pleasing.

Worked ok but I went though like 4 of these headsets in 2 years because I worked from home. The mic on each of these would keep shorting (the mic wire was not long enough and was rubbing every time you raised the boom). Since I worked from home and this was my daily driver and I used the boom a lot, Also the sound was decent on these.

Hits every options, features desired. Not as comfy as V2 Pro but still pretty darn comfortable. No other set regardless of price has all options, features this set has. Save time pick this one up and call it a day.

This was supposed to be an upgraded model from the G933 and the problems it has make it anything but that. The headset often doesn't work for zoom, and the tilt to mute functionality has been heavily impacted after a bad update on the part of Logitech requiring you to restart the headset to get it back or disable certain functions which only seems to work on some systems, at which point, what did you buy these for? Now, when it comes to support... Logitech support is non-existent in terms of actually attempting troubleshooting instead opting to offer a replacement. Their support engineers have a real difficult time listening or reading what customers have said, and instead assume you, the customer, are ignorant. Took them a month to acknowledge the problem existed on their own support channels, then provided no resolution timeline. These headphones have had limited features since October. Makes this just an overpriced set of headphones for my use case. Avoiding Logitech in the future after this. Just not worth the hassle, and the lack of support.

Battery finally gave out right before my 2 year warranty. I had a great time using this.

Replacement set that were used a great deal. If you intend to use these a lot, buy the service plan. It's a good investment.

I’ve had them for about 2 months and they’ve been excellent great sound and battery life. Although after long session ears do get hot but overall excellent
