For only $20 more this mic takes the cake. The sound quality is great. The retractable mic was a bonus for the kids so they didnt have to remember where they put it. And as much as i hate having to scream to get their attention they love how much noise it cancels out in the house

Great sound for gaming. Wireless feature is awesome.

Great sound quality, definitely an upgrade from my G933s. However, I started having connection issues where the speakers in the headset would sound off some static noises, and then my mic would stop working as I was still in a voice chat and my friends couldn't hear me anymore. This would happen at random times as I was talking to them. I was still able to hear their voices and game music, but my mic wouldn't turn on at all. I took off my headset, and the LEDs were blinking quickly and randomly blue. I turned off my headset, turned it back on, and then the LEDs were blinking red. My software was up to date.

TL;DR: Your money is better spent elsewhere if you're expecting a 'high quality' product because of the price point. This thing is worth $50 at most. Not $130. Sound quality is great. As long as you disable Logitech GHub's virtual surround sound then music and games sound awesome and big at the price point. The virtual surround is way too fake and will frequently sound like you're in a big empty room with the sound coming at you from a distance. So just don't use it and you'll be happier. The microphone is probably the worst sounding microphone in a headset I've ever used. Fortunately I don't use it at all, as I have a Yeti I use instead. But my 5 year old Logitech gaming headset sounds leagues better than this thing. If you want to use this for it's mic you'll be VERY disappointed. Hardware wise, this thing is complete garbage. Made out of very cheap plastics. The volume knob is extremely easy to accidentally move as it's very loose. And after about 10 months of use the headset is now SUPER touchy. If I just move the headset wrong the sound will disable in one ear, or it'll sound super tinny without me tapping it or moving it around until the full sound comes back. I've had it sitting on a headset stand when not in use and have never dropped it. The battery on this thing is also a complete disaster. If you google the name of this headset you'll find tons of reports of battery issues. Unsure if it's software or hardware related. But for me the battery goes from 100% -> 64%. Then it gives me a low battery beep and turns off at exactly 60%. Lasting me about 3 hours of usage (with RGB off). It wasn't always like this, developed after about 8 months of use. So I just have to basically keep it plugged in all the time.

I bought it for my son, unfortunately he couldn't pair it with his cellphone, he needs to use the 3.5 audio cable in order to use them, I could get the wired version for less money, still badass sound. Perfect for PS4 or PC.

The headset works as expected. Clear sound and you can hear the people coming to shoot at you. If you already have Logitech, would definitely recommend. It integrates with their software easily. I am a little confused why the outside has RGB, since you probably aren't supposed to see that your self. But I guess I get more FPS?

Works great. Great sound. lightweight and comfortable

I have had these Headsets for awhile. Had the G933 for awhile but when I had to upgrade they no longer had it. It is stylish and easy to set up. They are comfortable to wear for long periods of time.

These bad boys sound fantastic and isolate audio very well. The Logitech software is ok, though it could use some refining. The Surround Sound works better than I thought it would and the mic is surprisingly good, especially for this being wireless. Battery life is acceptable, though I make sure to charge this daily.

1) Logitech G Hub Software that drives them crashes constantly and will have conflicts with your PC 2) I had mine for a year and they stopped working properly. After 15 months they died completely 3) They are VERY heavy and will hurt the top of your head with extended use 4) Half the time when you connect to calls you have to raise and lower the mic boom several times to get the mic to start working. 5) When they work, they are great.

I have had 3 sets of these headphones over the years. They are sturdy, and have impressive sound blocking capabilities. Only downside is that kids are drawn to them every time I leave them on my desk.

I purchase the headphones to my son. He has been using it for a little over a month. He absolutely loves it. I purchased an extended warranty for it. Hopefully we'll never have to use it. Thank you.

The sound is amazing and the mic is pretty good as well. My only gripe with this headset is that they do not link smoothly with my PS4. I have to unplug and re-plug the wireless dongle in my PS4 several times some times for the system to pick up the headset. Not a Logitech thing I don’t think and moreso an issue from PS4. Definitely worth the buy!

Really good sound quality! Love the ability to edit the lights and sound levels on a computer. Only down side is they kinda squeeze my head so I get a headache after a few hours of work or gaming.

I actually have two of these headsets, as I have two locations to use them in. Good sound and I really like the retractable microphone. It is nice to get the mic out of the way when I am just using it for headphones when listening to music. I would like to have a bit more range on the blue tooth, but it works well for what I use it for.
