I like the sound quality that the headset offers but as a streamer, I have found the microphone could be of better quality. Overall, this is a great product for the price.

For the price, this headset is a bargain, good quality with noise-canceling microphone. I recommend this headset to anyone that needs a headset.

On my second pair of these only because my dog chewed up my last pair but they work amazing and it’s very affordable.

I use these to teach English online and they work great. I can adjust the volume with the attached button on the wire and have not had any issues thus far.

This head phone is great to plug into my laptop and conduct meetings. The sound is clear and crisp. Just plug and play, nothing complicated

They do not cover your ears entirely. So you don't get that nasty here sweat. But they are very very comfortable to wear for long periods of time.

bought for home office, works well. i can hear on my conference calls much better (less noise from the kids in the background)

This things have made working from home so much more convenient. I like the stereo sound on this headset and people are able to hear me clearly.

Easily connects to USB port and set up with a Windows 10 computer. Used in conjunction with Second Life with no problems. Can hear and speak with others clearly.

Bought these for my son as a backup for his pc gaming. Sound and mic are great. Only negative is that the war pieces aren’t super comfy (coming from a preteen kid).

This is great. I use it all the time and I have had no problems. I like best buy because if I did i would get a free one because I buy the warranty.

Highly recommend it. I use it on Zoom for my interpreting jobs and everyone claims they can hear me clearly. Good price for the quality of the product.

Noticed the voice can be a little loud from what others say so moved the mic a bit higher. Background noises easily picked up so use the mute. Otherwise sound seems good and they work fine.

The headset works good with no problems with last use. Use weekly for zoom meetings

I Received new Lenovo lap top for my birthday 2 weeks ago. And I have The yearly Geek Squad contract. Having to schlep over to Best Buy’s gives customer service a new low.I have a lot of free time for schlepping and Best Buys Geek Squad takes up all of it. Who should I thank? Holding ph for over 2 hr is NOT SERVICE, just in case Geek Squad and or Best Buy’s don’t know it? Wish I didn’t need u. The nice guys at the physical desk get all the credit re cust serv. Best Buy’s gets a zero Tootles.
