For the price. This is an outstanding headset. Plug and Play. Clear Audio and Speech. Works great with my iMac.

This is a good headset and works well. I can't review it's reliability as it's only been in use for a short time. However, it's comfortable.

The audio is generally good. The issue I had with this is that the cups are a little hard. The plastic loop also takes some adjusting. I did not like it too much because it becomes uncomfortable. It may soften over time put for me it needs to be comfortable out of the box which it wasn't. The price is decent for the product. It is actually smaller than the picture shown.

I use these because, I work from home. I get some many compliments on how clear I sound.

I bought these as a christmas present for my nephew & he has fell in love w these compared to his last set of headphones & still uses them on a daily basis for his laptop gaming

I purchased the headset for use with a RosettaStone language program. They work wonderfully! No issues with sound quality or microphone quality.

Works great. Just as good as the more expensive ones.

This is a good USB mic/headphone to use for Rosetta Stone. It took a few times to configure but it eventually worked as advertised.

Comfortable and easy to use. Sound is great and people on the other end clearly heard me.

Can't complain. Ended up not using it, but not because of anything being wrong with it. It works really well. May end up using it in the future

I like and dislike a few things about this product. I like how easy it is to use and plug in. It’s very easy to use. I dislike how long it is. I mean maybe if I were to travel farther from my desktop it would be more convenient. I feel this product should come in different lengths like extension cords do. But this item came very fast. It was the missing piece to start working from home. I was able to complete my training fast due to its fast shipping. Always satisfied with BestBuy

Excellent product! Great sound quality easy to use. Mic is surprisingly clear. Overall great product for the price.

Good headset overall. It does produce some static depending on the connection but that is not often. Make sure to keep cord unraveled. Headset could be sleeker in style. The reception is excellent, sometimes I leave the mic raised but verbal transmission is great. Of course that means background noise may not be as reduced as one would like but for normal business communication it is great.

Just what I needed for work meetings. Sound is great and microphone is crisp and clear.
