Bought to use as mic and it works just fine. I haven't used it as a headset as I just use external speakers, so that's why I could only give it 4 stars.

We purchased several of these headsets for remote workers on team meetings. They work well, and a great price

It is a nice light weight product but the cushion for the ears is actually hurting the ears by creating pain. So not able to wear for a long time. It is suitable only for listening songs, games (short duration), but not for call center, wherein we have to wear it for a longer time. Nevertheless the sound was heard good and recieved good.

much needed for meetings on line. Easy to use and comfortable. Only wish the mouth piece was a little more flexible.
