Most stores will give you 30-60 days with the receipt. This is the second Logitech headset that I have the receipt for that you would not take back because it was past 14 days. That’s absolutely ridiculous.

I will likely buy a more expensive, better fitting headset the next time I need to replace it.

The volume button is super sensitive and would increase or decrease the sound if you kind of lean on it. Other then that good product not additional setup needed just plug in and go!

The ear pieces could use some texture for traction. Also, the battery seems to have a loose connection so it the noise cancel feature at times turns off and on.

Some people seem to dislike that the boom mic is fixed to the left side and it can't be flipped. I like the fact that the cord is only attached to one side (and runs through the headband to the right side)
