Instead, I was amazed to find that the sound quality is crystal clear. If I'm talking to someone who also has an H390, it sounds like they are in the same room with me. A truly outstanding value.

Great noise canceling mic

I can take work calls with my 3 year daughter in the room watching TV or her tablet and the micro cancels out the muisc from the TV or tablet completely. I have had this headset for two years and just bought another for the office.

I use these for my full time work at home job, and ny supervisor cant hear most of the noises behind me like the church bell or grass cutting machines! I love these! Best headphones for sure!

However, the padded ear pieces hurt my ears after wearing them for an extended period. They seem to be a bit too small or the padding is too stiff, I'm not sure which. I have to take them off every so often to give my ears a break.

Useless Headset after a few weeks

The issue is that these all have a design flaw with the wires. They get tangled together so much that you can not use the headset any longer. I know this because I have bought 3 of these in recent time and they all have this same issue. They have been normally used and stored. The worst part is I attempted to contact Logitech about the issue and they pretty much told me it's my problem. SHOCKED, to say the least, I thought a company like Logitech would stand behind its product. It's not like they are a year old, all of the ones I bought were less than a month old when this issue occured.

Posted .Hello. Thank you for taking the time to write your review of the H390 headset. I'm sorry to hear that you're having trouble with the cable tangling on you. Are you wrapping your cable after you use the headset? If you are, do not wrap the cable too tightly, as it will put unnecessary strain on the connection points. I like to lightly wrap the cable around 4 fingers and leave a few inches of loose cable at each end so the plug doesn't get bent. My second one died a month after purchase, The staff at The Best Buy on Sunland Park made the exchange extremely easy. My third item is working great. I will eventually be purchasing this item in wireless form.
