The sound was crystal clear, and the instructure had no issues hearing me. The pleather ear muff cups were annoying for the last couple of hours each day, but most people won't wear them that long, so they should be ok.

Impressive and Easy to Use

Clean, detailed sound. Although this has a standard USB-A connector, it worked with an USB-C adapter. No software needs to be installed. I tried this successfully with MacBooks, Chromebooks, and Linux PCs. Recommended.

Clear Speakers, poor mic

The sound through the speakers is nice and clear, maybe better than my old set. But the mic sounds like garbage—scratchy and thin as if on a 78 record, and my settings are for CD quality audio. I use the headset to make outgoing phone calls to clients using Skype and I don't think I can live with it, unfortunately with the virus going around there's been a rush on webcams and headsets so it's difficult to find a good one for under $100 right now. I had higher expectations for this headset considering I was using basically the same model before.

Business Teleconferencing Usage on a Budget

This headset works flawlessly across multiple Windows machines. Some discomfort with all day usage, but my wireless Studio beats do that as well. Mute button and volume controls on the cord, along with the LED indicator were a nice touch.

And great sound for the price with the new Noise Cancelling Features found in uch more expensive headsets.
