The price was good, they sound amazing but I get a shortage when plugging and unplugging them into my laptop.

I needed a headset for work conference calls. This headset has been perfect for Google Chat calls from the US to UK. This USB headset is a lot better than my previous one that used the headphone jack. My son also uses this for gaming with friends.

These headphones provide great sound, and it’s great that you can use the microphone to communicate online.

Great sound! Not overly bass heavy, but very nice frequency response for both audio and microphone. Don't buy the wireless ones, the frequency response is just as good if not better and no issue with batteries not lasting. Save the money and buy these!

Mic does not want to work when hooked to computer or laptop

Inexpensive headset. Gets the job done. Not the most comfortable, but a good buy for the price.

I bought this to replace an aging set that I used for work. This one is perfect for my job as it has a very clear sound and a powerful yet noise reducing mic. Highly recommended

Excellent sound quality. The microphone is a vast improvement over the internal microphone of the computer. The microphone protects from background noise.

The product is light and sturdy. Sound quality and clarity is good. Only issue is have is no mute button. I have to mute from the Skype application

I started off using the same set yrs ago in a call center and always did the job. So u know the saying why fix it if it's not broken....I will continue to use these head sets because they are simply reliable and good quality sound.

Perfect for work at home and virtual school. I have had mines for years so I purchased these tow for my children. I recommend them to anyone who works from or attends schools.

This is a very comfortable headset for working at home with minimal distractions. The earpieces are large and comfortable. I wish the mouthpiece was usable on either side, but this one is left ear only.

I constantly have work Skype meetings and have tried all sort of earphones, headsets, headphones, etc. These Logitech - H390 USB Headset with Noise-Canceling Microphone - Black are very good.

My telecommute job requires that attend meetings remotely using a USB headset and camera. This USB headset was surprisingly clear sounding and even reduced ambient noises in the room. Easy mute button in cord. Price was a bargain.

It does what it says it could be better but for the price I got it for I wouldn't complain too much............Volume up and down button is great . . .. .
