Purchased this because of good reviews. I never had a chance to see if it worked, just too busy. Took them back.

It’s pretty okay for what it is. Would recommend since it gets the job done and I haven’t had any issues. Literally just plug and play so if you desperately need a headset that can mute and raise/lower the volume, this is my recommendation.

Simple but effective USB headset. Easy to use, just plug it in and it works with no trouble whatsoever. I've been using this headset for years and the only complaint is that it's a little flimsy if it gets any amount of pressure put on the sides.

I needed a USB headset for my studies on Rosetta Stone. the sales person recommended this one. It is perfect for my needs and was very inexpensive. However, I would not recommend it for listening to music...or for use of more than about 45 minutes at a time since the earpieces are only moderately comfortable.

Sadly, these are not the same quality as the older version. There is a lot of scratching noise running up the wire to the mic that the older version did not have. The wires are coated in a rough texture that adds to this. The wires are also thicker and less flexible, which may be leading to this too. The new version is distinguishable, because it does not have the silver logo on the sides... it is just black. The mute button is no longer silver either on the new ones. Also the new ones can be determined because they have a small usb plug... the older ones had a very large plug as if the electronics were built into the plug.

This device did the job. Was a temporary replacement for a work headset. Volume is low so if you want powerful sound, you will not like it. The quality of sound is good though for the price.

I can't complain other than wearing the headset after an hour makes your ears hot. I do like that this was a deal for a mic/headset connecting via USB. Mic works very good.
