I gave my daughter, who is off to college, the first one. Replacing it was a no-brainer as the previous one served well. The device is plug and play. I have not had any issues with it.

I bought this as a replacement and the cord on this one is better and more pliable.

Bought 2 for online teaching and learning

The wire is long and includes a mute button with volume controls. Much beyter than the standard laptop mic. Plug and play not required install.

This headset did exactly what I needed it to do at a very reasonable cost.

The top of my ears begin to hurt and I need to take them off. I work from home so this is a problem at times.

I am happy with this purchase and they happened to be on sale and in stock the day I needed them! As always I got great service.

So I'd advise you to ask a Best Buy employee whether there is a way they'll work on your specific laptop.
