We use for VoIP calls and can hear perfectly and the other person on the call can hear us fine.

My only issue is that the ear parts are a bit small so at times it's uncomfortable if I don't place the headset on right. I would definitely recommend this item.

They fit great, sound good, are comfortable and no complaints from their teacher on the audio quality of the mic. These are USB headphones and require an open USB port.

It came and worked great for a few weeks, then the earpiece fell off. The tiny wire they used unsoldered itself and rendered it unusable. I tried to see where they connected it and nada. So I needed a headset that had a mic so I could use Dragon with my homework. I also needed USB since my jacks are configured for 5.1 speakers. I did a quick search at BestBuy.com and found these. I went to my local store and grabbed a pair (yeah I paid for them on the way out). Go home, plugged them in and windows 10 had no issues with them. Neither did Dragon and I was back in business. I love having brick and mortar locations close to home when I need stuff now. I hope that doesn't change and we have to buy everything off the net or from Wallyworld.

The headset is also sturdy, comfortable, & easy to keep clean. If you can get it for below $25, it's a great deal!

The mic is good and things sound great. My only complaint is that if i wear them too long it hurts my ears so i wear them half on half off and that fixes it.

H540 more comfortable and has a better mic setup. Worth the extra $10. Both are quality headsets for the price point but H540 is significantly better.
