I can hear people clearly and people never hear any background noise. Headset is easily adjustable. Cord is very long. I only wish it had a jack that you could attach to make it mobile.

Great headset for a webinar

It was super easy to set up (plug and play), and performed beautifully. The sound was clear and the mute and volume control worked well. I would definitely recommend this for the business user.

Nice having the mute button in-line along with the volume control in-line. It's been working great. I hear the VOIP side well and feedback has been positive from the callers.

Light enough to wear for hours. Good sound and microphone. Definitely worth the money. Best Buy also miraculously delivered them on time as promised.

Just plug it in and there is no software necessary. It is also very comfortable to wear and really helps eliminate background noise in the workplace.
