I first bought this headset when I started as a customer service representative at a company that took orders for a national pizza chain franchisee. They required me to furnish my own headset within a week of starting work. I bought the Logitech H390 after the Logitech analog model I originally bought had problems with various computers. We usually didn't use the same computer everyday. The USB connector always worked. Though I usually listen through the speakers on my personal laptop, the Logitech headset worked when I needed privacy. Over 2 years ago, 1 of the headset speakers went out. I bought this as a replacement & am still pleased.

Comfortable-audio is really good on the headset and microphone.

I use this for communicating via Skype for Business. Just plug it in and it works. Sound is very clear and the set is very comfortable. No trouble on the other end hearing me.

This is just a very basic headphone which I needed for attending my office calls. I must say that I am more than 100% satisfied with the product. It's very reasonably priced and gives very good quality output. Happy with the purchase...

I love how this product blocks out the background noise and does not hurt your ears if worn for a long period of time.

I use these in an office environment and have procured a number of them mostly for computer audio connections in online meetings for staff members. They provide decent audio quality and the microphone does a decent job of noise cancelling for their price point. I have had to replace a few over time as they do deteriorate with continual daily use (ear pads, cords, band). Most of the staff have them on a major portion of their day, but for the price, not a hard pill to swallow.

Had to replace my old headset as I was getting cut off on calls, etc. These resolved any audio issues and are comfortable enough, good cushioning on the ear covers.

These headphones work, the earphones are soft and fairly comfortable but I would like to be able to adjust the headband a bit more as I have a smaller head. I think they may be a bit tight against the ears for someone with a large head, but the band still slips on the top of my head. I have not experienced them to be noise canceling as my students comment on background noises they hear from my office, and I can hear everything going on around me, but I can hear my students clearly. For the money, as expected from Logitech, they are a good choice if you don’t need true noise cancellation, which would cost much more.

Headphones and microphone is working pretty well so far . The head phones are comfortable but the only issue is the person on the other side hears all the background noise.

Good for the price. Clear sound on the receiving end. Extra mute button helps.

Use these for language learning programs. Hearing is perfect and sound quality is great. Microphone works very well and has no issues where others made me miss questions as they did not transmit speech very good. Good value for the money and comfortable to wear.

Audio quality is good and I don't have any connect issues. The long cord is nice so you can move around and it has mute and volume controls.

The headset is not only comfortable to wear but easy to use. The sound quality of the earpieces is very good and the output from the mic is clean and crisp. This headset is well worth the cost.

Headphones work good and are comfortable. The microphone could be longer. I am a average woman it it barely reaches my mouth. The sound is great though.

This is the best unit I have used since I started serious communication on the PC. Compact and rugged. Easily adjustable and very comfortable. Comms are a breeze with these!

Use them for my job! They work really good the mic is good too.
