I wanted something that sounded good and were inexpensive. The frequency response are great and the microphone is solid. I was both shocked and please with the sound and quality. The only thing that stops me from giving it 5 stars is that the volume in certain situations does not get loud enough for my liking, but then again all USB headphones suffer this same issue.. bottom line great set of starter/entry level headphones/microphone combo.

Four stars for the only defect I find, if it's really a defect, is that it mutes and volume changes with the slightest pressure - even when you don't mean it. Other than that, this is an economically good product. You dont need a high priced headset, as this is everything you need for only $27 est. Comfortable, lightweight, good grip, and does the job very well!

A good wired headset for office use, not heavy but also not flimsy. Sound and mic quality are great. I usually like wired accessories since I am tired of connection issues and changing batteries, and I again feel this worked in my favor here. The hard plastic make a loud noise when it falls on the ground, but hey that should not happen anyway if you are careful. But it does not break!

They get the job done. Drivers sound good, or good enough for phone calls/zoom meetings. Haven't had anyone complain about background noise or mic quality so that has to sound good as well. Plug and play on windows and linux systems; maybe mac too but I don't own one. Only real complaint is that they aren't the most comfortable with glasses

The headset works well - I can hear clearly and my voice comes through clearly. I've been told that there's a lot of background noise when I'm not muted, which could be from the fact that the cord was getting caught in the wheels on my chair. Probably more of a problem with how I've got my office set up than with the product.

I went and bought this for an online meeting that I had to attend. I do not normally use a headset on my personal computer. I needed something inexpensive yet good quality. This product fits that. It is easy to use and set up. The audio was crystal clear. Highly recommend.

Could basic set of headphones with Mike for teams meetings

Sound is quality. Long cord. Sometimes feel a little tight, but easy to adjust.

I need a pair of basic office headphones and being a Logitech guy for my IT needs. I saw these at best buy and for the price point perfect. And also, they work very well nice and clear on talk and speech.

I love the Logitech H390 USB headset. The ear price are nicely padded with excellent noise canceling sound. The rigid microphone boom can be lowered or raised according to whether you want to talk or listen. This headset can be used strictly for computers because of USB source and cannot be used with the stereo systems, IPODs or IPADs. Within minutes of opening the box and plugging the connection into a USB slot, I was able to use it on my gaming PC, able to talk with fellow gamers very clearly. Definitely an excellent buy.

This headset, while corded, is an excellent piece of equipment. Budget-friendly, with a built-in remote fob and simplistic design; this is great for people with a laptop dock equipped with USB ports at the ready. I use this while talking to Cortana on my computer, and it works great! So if you have problems with the microphone built into your computer, this will not only allow you to speak to your computer, but will hear it as well, using a USB port in lieu of any 3.5mm jacks. Have fun!

I purchased this headset to work with my Chromebook for Zoom meetings. Is it the best on the market? No. But for the price, it certainly does it's job. If you're looking for a $50 ish USB headset that you'll be using about once a week or so, then this is the headset for you. If you're planning on needing something more, then I'd recommend going up a price bracket.

Sound is good, but after wearing for a while, they start to cause my hears to hurt from the pressure. I ended up switching to an over-the-ear style to eliminate that problem.
