Works ok for a wired headset. I would recommend this for team meetings.

The reason I purchased this particular headset is because the call center recommended them, now why would a call center recommend a specific type of headset? Because they're tried and true.

I had these headphones for a year. They worked just fine.

I asked her how she liked them and she says they work fine. She said she can't hear anything else when they are on. The only downside was the mic doesn't turn all the way around but besides that it's all good. Highly recommend and affordable.

They work very well for someone who's working from home and has to be on the phone all day.

I have a Windows 8.1 PC and was looking for something my son could use while Skyping and recording. These headset worked fine the first day but when he tried to use them the next day they no longer worked (could not hear anything as Windows no longer recognized the headset). We unplug and re-plugged them in and that worked for a day and then the same thing happened again. We tried this several times over the next few days and tried Googling a work around but no luck. So we ended up returning them. We'll see if we can find something better.

I work in an online call center environment from home and these are great for all day wear , sound good and are plenty comfy!

Works well, just wish the mute button had red and green light instead of red and blinking red.

this had been one of the best purchases I have made for my business. to be able to work hands free is a plus to anyone. I have no complaints about it although sometimes the volume isn't high enough, but I think that is the problem with the person I am talking to.

I like using this headset, but the cable part that extends from the headset to the volume adjust control is thinner and more fragile than the rest of the cable and has a tendency to break and have wires detach. The detach point is where it attaches to the headset or where it attaches to the volume control. This would be my 3rd headset where this happened, got each replaced under warranty, though.

Its good ear phones need to be larger they hurt my tiny ears when i wear them for extended periods. Would give 5 stars if not for that

It’s ok, not to good. I’m the middle of the audio it stop and you have to press the button constantly ..

good sounds and mic quality, but it hurts after using it for 5 minutes. you need a very tiny head for this it looks like.

Works great but highly uncomfortable to wear for longer than a few minutes.

I have started a marketing program in my agency and they work great with the auto dialer system I have set up

Have used it at work with the ring central app and it works really well. It’s a plug and play really easy to use.
