Posted .It sounds like your mic was working fine initially but then stopped, so try checking the mic settings, updating drivers, testing the mic on another device, or reinstalling the software to see if that resolves the issue. If the issue is persistent, please reach out to Logi support.
Sweet headphones

Perfect for work calls over internet (webex, zoom etc.) Also, a great aid for kids doing online classes.

Plug and play set up with our MacBook Air no complaints yet. Not very comfortable but what you’d expect at this price point.

The only downfall is, I wish you could choose which side the mouthpiece/mic can be on. I perfer the right side rather than the left side.

They are fine in the short term (a couple of hours or so), but I use them all day and need to take them off occasionally. I would probably have to do the same with more expensive headphones.

This is by far the best set I've gotten. They are slightly uncomfortable but it is because of how thick the arms of my glasses are. Would totally recommend.
