    It is a good quality headset, just the mic you can only pur on the left ear side unlike other headsets you can switch to both sides whenever you want

    Great headset for telephone sales agents. Callers could hear me clearly unlike other headsets. Unfortunately after a week of use I developed bad headaches and my ears were burning. I think these press into my ears too tightly or perhaps there is a toxic chemical in the foam ear cushions. Unable to use them.
