I have been using for meetings on Microsoft teams and have not had any complaints. My biggest issue is the cord easily tangled up and gets twisted. But I guess that is what you get with a wired headset.

I would never purchase this again, nor anything else from Best Buy. It was such a hassle and was not able to get connected to anyone who could honor their price match "guarantee".

Looked it up - common issue on the web but no real solutions. Returned it for the Aluratek Bluetooth wireless headset at Best Buy. It's working fine so far.
