The only feature that I wish were different is the USB adapter. It is very cumbersome compared to most. As a teacher in a classroom, with not much workspace, I had to move the keyboards out to accommodate the bulky adapter.

Very little difference in quality between iPhone earbuds/mic and this rather large headset. If you want a headset instead, I'd opt for a wireless one or one that works this well, but is less intrusive in size / appearance.

They seem a bit small to me or my head is just big. But the part that actually covers the ears seems a bit small as well. Plus I wish the microphone piece was on the otherside

I liked the item but I have had to purchase two in a year because the cable roll up and the wire start showing. The last one microphone went out.

They worked well for almost a year. Then they started having issues when I was on zoom with people and they couldn’t hear me.

I was really excited about this purchase but sadly after a month, it started giving me lots of issues. I have had to return to my iPhone earbuds with my laptop.

This headset is fine. It's not as comfortable as I'd hoped -- feels loose and stiff on my head. But I wanted a USB headset, and it works fine.

Great sound both ways, but they need a softer cushion or some other adjustments as they hurt my ears.

I thought the item was fine but I don't think I would recommend it it's it was hard to understand the item in toward the item with the computer I think you should have better instructions with it otherwise you probably would've been fine

Great headset , very good in canceling out noise as advertised. Highly recommended.

I need a new headset for my work from home job. My old headset mute button stopped working. This headset seems to be okay, but I‘lol have more of an update later.

Solid headset. I use it for Zoom/Teams video calls and have had no issues with them.

If you buy these make sure you get warranty to return when they stop working

Overall it works, but only for computers or usb device...not a PlayStation controller. My child has already broke it but for $20 what do you expect.

It works no more. Sadly I had to use it couple of time and whenever it is unplugged, it messes a lot of setting.

Did it’s job. Purchased for my computer. Works as designed. Not super loud but it does the job.

LogiTech Head Phones work Great especially for phone calls I have a stay home customer service job and it very useful for my job I would recommend this product.

These work great just hurt my ears if I don’t se them a certain way. I do like the noise cancelling feature as it comes in handy for work.
