When I plugged it in, it had a great sound BUT the mic didn't work so returned it the next day.

I have constant issues with them; my patients hear nothing but static 1/4 of the time and I constantly have to unplug and plug back in for them to work. I bought them two months ago. I was pretty disappointed, but I guess you get what you pay for.

The sound was not an issue then. The color is nice when considering them online, but not as appealing in person. Overall, was pretty disappointed.

When I put it on my left ear everything fell into place, but when I put it on my right ear I was unable to adjust the mouth piece to fit comfortably.
