    good, but mute doesn't work

    It works ok, but on my work laptop with Windows 10 the mute button does not work. It could be how the company has it locked down cause it does work on my personal one.

    I like them but they broke within 2 weeks. Logitech takes for ever for warranty info.

    I used to buy the higher priced headset because I felt like i would get better use out of them. I quickly realized that wasn’t the case. I’m back to these basic ones and they get the job done.

    Distorted Audio After 10 Seconds

    Does not work satisfactorily in Teams. After about 10 seconds in a Teams call or meeting the audio gets exceedingly distorted. I can clear it up by switching the output device to speakers momentarily, but the distortion recurs within 10 seconds of switching back to the headset. Once it's become distorted in Teams it is distorted from all sound sources on the system. No amount of re-plugging in the headphones or adjusting settings has fixed the issue. I'll be returning this.

    Headphones is not sustainable if used daily

    I have bought 2 of these headsets within a year of each other because we started working from home and was doing our business on teams, webex, etc. and the first set broke at the the junction where you adjust the section over the ears up or down. I went and bought another pair and it broke a the same place where you adjust them over yoru ears.

    Headset is easy to install and use. Decent quality and easy to hear phone calls. The reason I gave 2 stars is because it’s uncomfortable and hurts my ears after only using it for a very short time. I couldn’t return due to best buy’s limited return policy of just two weeks.

    It is serving the purpose for now but I dont like that it is so easy for the mute button to be pressed without my knowledge. Also I would rather have a volume up/down button on this headset

    cord twisted and left ear went dead after six months. had to buy a replacement. buy something else!

    These headphones would not work with my work phone or with my cell phone.

      You can try restarting your computer then re-connect the device. Re-seat to another USB port to see if it works. If the issue is persistent, reach out to Logi support for further assistance.

    I work from home and when I’m talking on the phone using these, I’m told that my headset cuts out a lot and people can’t hear me at times. I have to repeat myself a lot. Also, people have told me they can hear the aquarium and bird in the background, they are across the room, and nowhere near where I sit. Thought these were supposed to be noise cancelling?

      I am sorry that the H390 is not working as you expected. The H390 are noise canceling, but they are also the bottom line product from the Logitech productivity collection. If you are looking for superior sound and mic quality, I recommend trying the Zone 125. these headsets are great and my personal favorite.     Microphone issues

    Had issues with microphone, and when you check the Logitech website it seems to be a very common issue with no information how to fix it or what the problem is. You get what you pay for, everything else works fine.

Luckily, it does come with a 2 year warranty through Logitech so we can get that replaced for you.
