      Hi Alex, I'm sorry that you had a problem with the H390 disintegrating on you. I hope that during your time of using the H390 that you were able to enjoy the features that the device offered such as the noise canceling mic and the digital stereo sound.     This headset worked fine at first. After a month they just stopped working

    Stopped working in less than 2 months

    These have sat at my desk and been used a few times over the course of 2 months and they've now stopped working. Logitech, you have a 2-year warranty, but do you pay all of the shipping costs or do you make me partially responsible for your cost of bad quality?

    Took it out of the box, plugged it into my laptop, was on a zoom call for work 3 minutes before the sound totally crapped out and started skreetching in my ear. Unplugged it, tried it 3 more times, same thing. Don’t have the original box to ship back and aren’t going into stores. Waste of $!

    Not noise cancelling

    Okay, going in you know that $25 for headphones means the quality probably won't be that great but you can't say noise cancelling when they are not. Also, I'm a short girl with little ears, these don't cover my whole ear so over time while playing, the pressure causes your ears to start to ache and hurt. Do NOT waste your $25. Save up and invest in a level up!

    Getting screw at curb site Pickup

    Tried to pick up the item from Curb site and after an hour gave up and left.. Now way in your app to tell you I left.. Now I see that you have set it to delivered.. I have not got the product.. So not sure how to fix this since your site has no way of submitting a disput.

    The headset hurts my ears most days. I use it for work and I get a lot of feedback that they hear an echo of themselves or that I sound like I’m under water. I thought this would’ve been a good one but looks like I’m still on the hunt for a good headset
