It wireless Lightweight and long-range wireless headset lets you listen and chat up to 33 ft. (10 m). Laser-tuned speaker drivers and noise-cancelling microphone delivers clear calls and stereo sound. Works with Windows® and Mac® with USB-A ports and your favorite calling applications. Poor Sound Quality

However, the sound of this new one is poor as it starts resonating quickly. I exchanged it for a different one, but that one has the same issue. Unfortunately, it is the only brand they sell at my Best Buy store...

Big waste of money

Posted .Thank you for your feedback! The noise-cancelling mic minimizes unwanted background noise for clear conversations. Rigid, left-sided mic can be positioned for better voice capture. Moveable boom can be tucked out of the way when you’re not using it. Not happy!

Sound goes out routinely or becomes garbled. Not returnable anymore so what to do? Will try to contact the company for a replacement, Argh!

Poor mic quality

Now i cant even return it.. Please stay away from this product.

Posted .That's truly disappointing! Have you tried re-seating to another USB port. Bypass the use of KVM switch boxes, port replicators, docking stations, and USB hubs if any. Prefer using USB 2.0 rather than USB 3.0 ports. Also, try another application. If the issue persists, please contact the Logitech Support team as they are well equipped to assist you with a necessary steps.

Larger in scale with plastic earpiece and can not switch the microphone for right to left. Not happy but do to Covid 19 and not being able to get what I wanted I am stuck with them.

Don't buy!! Buzzing noise with recordings...

Also, the person on the other end of calls or skype conversations will report a loud buzzing sound. There is no easy fix for this. Don't buy!!

Posted .Hey, We're sorry to hear the Logitech H390 headphones aren't compatible with your child's iPad. We understand the frustration of getting a product that isn't the right fit. The H390 works with devices that have a 3.5mm headphone jack, but some iPads don't have that port.
