Great Headset

I bought this as a starting headset for "sound whoring" not expecting much considering the price. It lasted over 3 years which is fantastic for a headset especially one with a price like this. I'm so impressed with it that 3 years later when it finally starts to deteriorate I'm glad to buy it again. Pros: Sturdy and strong Great sound, noise canceling Great Price Comfortable leather Cons: None that I can think of.

Dissapointing fit & performance

Worked great for 2 weeks!!!

Does not cancel background noice

Cost effective, plastic peels on ear pad badly

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Cost effective USB headset but I have owned 3 of these and the plastic peels badly on the ear piece, other issues are it's really dedicated to one side of your head vs the other because they are not symetrical so your wires are always hanging from the left side of your head, not good if computer you are plugged into is on the right side.

Not like the picture

Left Speaker stopped working after 3 months

The H390 has a volume control on the cable for the headset, but its important to make sure that the default volume level on the computer settings is not set low preventing the volume from increasing. Posted .Sorry about that! Have you checked the USB cable connection to your computer? Also, try a different USB port on your computer and connect directly to your computer (do not use a USB hub). If the issue persists, reach out to Logi Support for further assistance.

Posted .Hi Abhi, sorry to hear that you are unsatisfied with your H390 USB Headset. We are always looking for ways to improve our products, so we appreciate your review. Adjust the headset volume on the cable control. Make sure the headset is not on mute. The mute light flashes when mute
has been activated. Check the USB cable connection to your computer. Try a different USB port
on your computer. Connect directly to your computer. Do not use a USB hub. In your application and operating system, check the volume and microphone settings. Restart your application. Close all applications and make sure the headset is the default input/output device for your operating system. I hope this information will be helpful. Microphone stopped working after the 2nd week
