    Trying to find receipt in time to return it. It's cheap. It came cracked and now it doesn't work at all. Best Buy should take it off of their shelves right away.

    seriously- just plug it in! that's pretty much it! 5 stars just for simplicity! Bought for an interview, to eliminate any chance of miscommunicating due to poor sound quality. Thinking that nothing says NEXT more than echoes, having to repeat answers or questions or the inevitable answering a question you weren't asked because you couldnt understand or vice versa! They're re really comfortable, the cord is def long enough and the price is under $30! cant go wrong. No instructions were included- but they're not necessary turns out! would def recommend.

      Hello, I am so sorry to hear the microphone did not work. That is definitely not normal, i think you may have received a defective unit. Luckily, this headset comes with a 2 year warranty so we can get that replaced for you! If you are still within the Best Buy return period, please exchange it for another one, as you may just have a defective unit.     Very disappointed. 60 Hz hum is horrible. Same in every computer or device I tried, but supports response was check your system.

      Hi Sandeep, sorry to see you're having some performance issues with your H390 headset. If you haven't already, please make sure the cables are plugged in all the way to your computer. Also please check to see if maybe some how the computer switched the audio output/input to something else instead of the headset. Hope that helps!

      Hi Fred, we're sorry to see the H390 Headset wasn't comfortable for you to wear. Luckily Logitech makes a variety of other headsets that have a really nice materials designed for long wear. Check out the G432 headset! It is lightweight, comfortable, and has a great microphone! Hope that helps!
