The sound quality with this headset is good. I'd give it a 4-5 rating. But after 8 hours, even putting them on and off between calls and trying to make adjustments, these hurt my ears! For that, I'd give a 2-3 rating. Thus the average is about 3-4 STARS.

Great sound quality. The ear muff speaker part is a bit small to me which can make the uncomfortable if you are wearing them for a long time.
