Works fin at a good idea nice. Hear fine plug and Play

Logitech won't fail! I have their G502 gaming mouse and it's a beast. This little headset has been with me since working from home. Incredibly reliable, and plug n' play ease of use is welcome. Get one if you have the chance.

Solid work headphones. Plug and play works great. Kinda small but it's expected you get what you pay for.

I needed a secondary headset for use when working from home a couple of days a week. They work just fine. My only irritation is that the mute button doesn’t actually mute Skype for Business so I’m never completely sure that I’m muted.

They're uncomfortable to wear. They work well and are easy to use and easy to connect via Bluetooth except the noise cancelling doesn't work well. People complain about background noise, which I validate.

The audio works just fine. I wear eye glasses and the combo of those with this headset hurts my ears.I'm not sure what it is exactly but I just want my ears back, LOL

If ur looking for higher quality, look at ur budget. Otherwise this does the job for the price range, no issues connecting or arise yet. You get what u pay for when it comes to technology.

The headset works great. It keeps noise out. I wish the cord was longer so we could keep it out of the way easier.

These headphones are useful, the sound quality is good. However, the wear of the headphones are not comfortable at all especially if planning to wear for long periods, they hurt and are very uncomfortable.

When these work, they are great. I’ve had them a month, and used them quite a bit. Have had trouble with three times - once the microphone wasn’t working; unplugging and replugging them fixed the problem. And twice, the speakers have failed - the sound fades and then disappears completely. Replugging did not solve the problem. I took them back to the store where I bought them, on day 30, because I thought they were still returnable, but was told the limit was 15 days. I know I read 30 days in my online checking, but am not sure if that was on Best Buy’s site or Logitech’s.

I love them for conf calls on the computer for work.

This item works perfect with a cpu; unlike other brands. And it's pink!

The unit works well, but is not comfortable. I have tried adjusting it multiple ways, but it is never a comfortable fit. Otherwise, it works fine. People understand me fine and I can hear well using it.
