Good but needs more volume

This headset is comfortable, great call quality both in & out, & the volume control is conveniently located on the cord.

Clear but

I can hear everybody on my online classroom and everybody can hear me. But they don’t do a lot of noise canceling. The microphone picks up the sounds around me, they are good headphones for the price but don’t expect the microphone to only focus on your speech. Maybe there’s a setting I’m missing. Still I would give it 5 stars for performance.

I gave my daughter, who is off to college, the first one. Replacing it was a no-brainer as the previous one served well. The device is plug and play. I have not had any issues with it.

I bought this as a replacement and the cord on this one is better and more pliable.

Bought 2 for online teaching and learning

The wire is long and includes a mute button with volume controls. Much beyter than the standard laptop mic. Plug and play not required install.

This headset did exactly what I needed it to do at a very reasonable cost.

Noise cancelling does not work. children can be heard by customers with my home office door shut, them at the other end of the house, and they were not being very loud at all.
