    Had issues with microphone, and when you check the Logitech website it seems to be a very common issue with no information how to fix it or what the problem is. You get what you pay for, everything else works fine.

Luckily, it does come with a 2 year warranty through Logitech so we can get that replaced for you.     cord twisted and left ear went dead after six months. had to buy a replacement. buy something else!

    I wear these for 8 hours a day for 5 days a week and by the 2nd hour of wearing them my ears are killing me! My right ear is fine. But the left with the microphone God know how much I want to break this thing. The volume is average. Some calls I can hear some I can't. But for the price it really isn't bad. I'm still looking for a new headset. But in the meantime these will do for now...

      Hi Friday, Very sorry to hear how uncomfortable you're finding the H390 USB Headset to be for your work. For such a long period of time to be wearing a headset, I highly suggest using one of Logitech's gaming headsets. Here's a link to a couple of my recommendations  https://www.logitechg.com/en-us/products/compare.html?category=gaming-audio&products=gaming-audio:g231-prodigy-gaming-headset,gaming-audio:g332-stereo-gaming-headset,gaming-audio:g432-7-1-surround-sound-gaming-headset. They are all under $70, with the G432 being on sale as of this writing for $49.99. The reason I'd recommend these is because they are specifically designed to be worn for long periods of time, which gamers are wont to do. As someone who's had to work at home and be in meetings for long periods of time, I've found using a gaming headset to be an absolute blessing and very comfortable.     The speaker went in & out from day one. I could hear perfectly fine, but couldn’t be heard, all the time.

    I was under the impression it was compatible with my Chromebook. It did not work.

      The H390 does work with ChromeOS. You can try restarting your computer then re-connect the device. Re-seat to another USB port to see if it works.

    These headphones are not noise canceling and the ear pieces are too small for adult ears. They press uncomfortably on the sensitive part of the ear.

    Sound picked up from the microphone is LOW quality and worse than the mic on my desktop. Sound in headphones was ok. You get what you pay for
