I bought these for my work from home Job customer service from home. I had to have a Usb set. I got these because the price was in my range, the sound was amazing clear sound and everyone said I sounded very crisp and clear through the mic. But after a hour into my 8 hour shift my ears started to hurt from the ear pads, they pressed right on to the ears. I think if they were just a touch bigger and covered the ear instead of setting on it these would have been 10 stars. I bought new with bigger ear pads that go over my ears not on them and gave these to my son

Great sound, Used for gaming, Chatting, and viewing video & listening to music. USB sound is so much better than typical audio jack. Very long cord and no charging concerns

The head phones fit great, have a good clear sound, but the cord gets in the way, wish I had paid a little more and found a wireless set. Also would be nice to have volume on headset, so you don't have to change the computers volume.

Comfortability and quality would best describe these headsets. The microphone is sensitive enough for a crisp sound, with built in noise cancellation allowing surrounding noise to be cancelled out. The mute button on the line is also a neat feature.

Got it on sale for on-the-go so I wouldn't have to carry around the Plantronics with docking station. It's wired but cable has good length. No audio issues, I can hear and can be heard clearly. Although not too fancy, the plastic doesn't feel too cheap like similar priced headsets and the padding is comfortable.

The headset is comfortable to wear and the quality of sound is very clear. I’ve been on all types of Zoom, Microsoft Teams and Skype Calls for work and have had no issues to date.

I needed an affordable microphone with speaker headset for a podcast interview. These fit the bill perfectly. They blocked outside sound sufficiently and the speaking quality was solid. And they were comfortable too.

I have an alternating schedule working from home and in my office in the pandemic. Wish I would have gotten these sooner. Reasonably priced and always give me good audio at home. I started using them in the office as well since it cuts down on noise between the thin office walls of my coworkers who also have many more virtual meetings. They do start to hurt my ears if I wear them for hours at a time, but for purposes of a few meetings per day they are great. I think the ability wear all day comfortably vs a few meetings a day must be the difference in price for other models that do the same basic task.

So far, we love these headphones. Every other pair we have bought my boys they have broken by now. These are comfortable, sound great, and are way more durable than any others we have bought including Turtle Beach and Microsoft brands. Highly recommend.

Bought for my fiancé for her work from home computer. She’s had zero complaints from customers calling in. Comfort and ease of use are also there. Great mic for the cost.

Got this at the last minute before i started my work from home job. The original headset I got was not recomended for the job only 2 were approved and the other was 3 times as much as these.

It’s comfortable and the sound quality is really good. Great bang for the buck!

Quality of the sound was clear was a little bit low

I use this for my online tutoring and it seems to work well, I've used it in one session so far and the student was able to hear me fine. I've had an issue once where the sound through the headset kept either muting itself or going up to 100% on its own, so far that issue seems to have resolved itself. I need to have the headset plugged in when I open the tutor program otherwise the program won't recognize it so I just wish I could still get the sound to go through my computer until I actually need the headset since it can get uncomfortable after wearing it for a while. I would also prefer if I could have the microphone on the right side of my head instead of only being able to have it on the left. Otherwise, the product satisfies the needs I bought it for and works well for a good price.
