These are pretty decent, they aren't the best. It's just what you would expect for the price you pay. They will work if you need something cheap and need to save money. If you are looking for something more quality you're going to have to spend at least 100 bucks or so. However, if you need these for something they're pretty good I would say average. Logitech makes some decent peripherals, you can't really go wrong buying logitech. it's just how much money do you want to spend, i've bought headphones that were so bad I just threw them away, so these at least aren't so terrible you can't stand them. Nice entry level head set with mic

This headset is clear and crisp on the sound and are light on the head. they are comfortable for normal length calls but after wearing for an hour or 90 minutes the ear piece pressure causes the ears to be uncomfortable and you need a short break from wearing them. My situation is one where i am on the phone almost 7 hours out of each workday and I would consider them in the mix for my next purchase when these need to be replaced.

The adjustable fit is long enough for my big head, and the ear padding makes it comfortable. The mic output is great, according to Zoom partners, and incoming sound is great for me. Was easy for me to install. The instructions for use are inadequate. Took me a long time to learn how the control button on the cord works. Having now learned that, I think the headset is great!

My daughter wanted a pink set to go with her pink desk and pink chair haha. The audio and mic work great. Best part is that they are pink. She loves them and that’s what matters.

I work from home and this headset is crystal clear and very lightweight. Some headsets give me headaches halfway through my shift and I found that this does not happen with this particular item. It is corded and connects through USB. Callers can hear me well and I can hear them perfectly. They cannot hear background noises which is a big plus because my family does not have to shut everything down when I am working. I would definitely recommend.

I recently began working from home full-time and I needed a new headset. My previous headset worked fine but was not comfortable and, now that I'm wearing one for hours at a time, I needed that. I also still wanted it to be clear and functional. This headset is mostly comfortable - I'm not sure how much in price I would have to go up to get better, but I wasn't willing to pay more right now. It also is very clear with great volume. It is so clear that I bought a little windscreen to add to the end, to filter out my breathing and pops, etc. As for noise canceling, I don't think this mic does a very good at that. It doesn't pick up ambient sounds like the HVAC or low sounds, like the front door opening and closing in my house, but it does pick up most other things. For instance, I made a recording earlier and you could, on the recording, hear birds from outside. If you absolutely need better noise canceling, you might want to look at higher priced headsets, although that's no guarantee, either, I've seen from others who have $60-90 headsets. Otherwise, this is comfortable headset. Plug and play. And has a clear mic and good sound.

This headset is good for people who don't require larger headgear, so kids and teens, and petite to average sized adults. The ear pads are comfortable, but they will eventually flake off the black covering. The mic piece is firmly attached, so swiveling it doesn't compromise it breaking off like other brands. The mic itself has good sound quality and the inline mute button is a great addition. Make sure your laptop or computer has a USB-A connection port to use this. For its price, it's a solid headset.

Hey, Thank you for the fantastic review of the Logitech H390 headset! We especially appreciate you mentioning the fit for different head sizes, comfort (even if the ear pads wear over time), mic quality, and in-line mute button. Those are all important features for users on a budget. We'll keep the ear pad feedback in mind for future development! Thanks again for sharing your thoughts!

Bought for my wife for work conference calls and it seems to serve the purpose well. Tried more expensive bluetooth phones and their lifespan has been short with frequent disconnects. These are lightweight, inexpensive, and pretty comfortable. Given that most of these types of phones will only last a year, the lower cost and solid performance of these make it an easier purchase on the wallet.

I’ve been using this headset for a bit now and honestly, it just works. I’m happy with it, it does everything I need it to do without any issues. Sound quality is clear, both for listening and on calls, and the microphone picks up my voice well. It’s been great for meetings and everyday use. It’s also comfortable enough to wear for longer periods, which is a big plus. Nothing fancy, but it’s reliable and does exactly what it’s supposed to. Can’t really ask for more at this price.

I purchased this USB headset because I was just hired to work for a call center from home. This headset has very clear sound and easy to control volume. The ear pieces are adjustable vertically and the design allows the headset to expand horizontally without being too tight for too lose. This headset is comfortable and an excellent value.

I bought these because I work from home and back in the office. I needed a good headset that would block out my dogs singing and barking alone with being able to having meetings when I'm in the office without others hearing sometimes sensitive information. I have had this for a month an no one has been able to hear my dogs singing during my meetings which is great. I've also told a couple my other co workers about how much I like them. I have a newer laptop that has the usb c input but I purchased a converter and everything is crystal clear. As others have mentioned if you wear them for an extended period of time the headsets do get tight and uncomfortable on your ears but I just will move off one of my ears for a few minutes while still keeping the left side with mic on my ear. I got the Rose so that if I forget them at work they don't mistakenly disappear.

That's fantastic to hear the noise cancelling is working so well for your home and office setup, especially keeping those singing dogs at bay during meetings! We appreciate you sharing your positive experience and even recommending them to coworkers. It's also helpful feedback regarding the comfort over extended wear and your creative solution. We're glad the Rose color is adding a bit of security too! Thanks for the detailed review! Logitech

Good audio quality; Short cord segment to clip

The audio quality is very good. It has a USB plug and connects directly to your computer. It works well with both Windows 10 PC and Macbook Air. The cord is long enough to give you freedom to move around more than a few steps. The mute button attached on the belt clip in the middle of the cord is handy. It has an LED indicator that shows whether you're currently muted or not. But there are three small flaws: * My head isn't on the large side, but the headphone is tight enough to press on my ears a little too much. Extending the adjuster make that a little less, but then they won't stay on my ears. * The cord segment between the headphone and the belt clip is rather short. I am only 5'10", but if I clip the clip on the belt, my head movement is rather restricted due to the shortness of that segment. * Also, if I put the clip on my belt, I can't see by just looking down whether it is currently muted or not. I have to turn it 90 degrees to see the LED blinking. Considering the price I paid, it is of good value.

Bought to replace a 10+ year pair (same model) that finally broke. I love the long cord and also the mute & volume buttons on the cord. Frankly, those are 2 features that I could not live without. Sound & mic are really good too. These are required work gear when working from home (WFH).
