After my old Logitech headset broke, I was on a search to find another. This headset was perfect. Great price (less than 30) and great quality. I am not an audiophile. I just wanted a headset that was comfortable, sound was clear, and mic was crisp. This headset satisfied all 3 requirements. I wear glasses, and the head phones do get slightly uncomfortable after an hour or two, but a quick adjustment/massage of the ear, and you are good to go for another hour. Easily adjustable (I have a small head, but it fit me well). One slight complaint, the mic mute works like a charm, but the volume toggle (up and down) that is located on the cord does not work. I am running win 10 and used the drivers that it auto loaded. I could not find other logitech drivers to fix the issue. Not a huge deal (I can adjust the volume via task bar), but it would have been nice to control the volume on the cord. Therefore, I deducted 1 star. All in all, it is a great product.

Clear audio - both I and the person at the other end can hear each other clearly. It feels fragile so that it probably cannot survive rough handling. The cushion seems a little too small so that the comfort level wearing it is just Ok

Plug In & Ready for Work

Frustrated with the wireless headsets that would not consistently pair with my computer, a Best Buy associate recommended the Logitech wired headset. Soft professional pink color. Simple to use, plug in the port and immediately ready for work and Zoom. No pairing. The sound and microphone are crisp. Not noise canceling for a noisy office but I can clearly hear my client at a low 8-15% volume! Costly wireless headphones required 40-50% volume. The ears are cushioned but uncomfortable, too tiny. I thought the headset was for children but there's an adult on the box. The headset has plenty of length to widen over my head. Long connected wire so I do not have to sit close to my computer and I can move to any area of my L shape desk. Perfect headset except those tiny ears.

Thank you for sharing your experience with the H390 wired headset in rose. It's great to hear the plug-and-play simplicity, clear audio, and cord length are working well for your needs. We appreciate your feedback regarding the ear cup size and will take this into consideration for future designs. Logitech

Comfortable and affordable. Clarity is great. It is left side use only for the mic. Cord length is good for my set up. Maybe a bit shorter for others that are not using a mini-PC.

I bought this USB headset especially to work from home and I really like this headset. It's so comfortable. I love how you can move the microphone up and down when you need to. Everyone that I speak with informs me that I sound really clear. I highly recommend this one along with a 4-port USB. :)

Light-weight, comfortable, excellent sound quality in and out. If you will be on extended calls, longer than an hour, you might consider a wireless headset for the convenience of moving around, like to the next room, without having to miss part of the call. Otherwise, good value for the money.

Very good headsets. Light weight with easy to use microphone makes it very workable. I use it for work at home. The soft ear pieces rest easy and aren’t a problem, as long as you take peeps breaks. Overall, I’m very happy with this purchase. Highly recommend!

Ok- so I was starting a new WAH or remote job with quite a bit of online training. Part of the training required a headset to be USB and had to have good quality sound since voice assessments are a necessity. It is also just plug and play which was a huge plus for me as I already had so many programs installed and setup wizards completed I was nauseated. The quality in sound on this headset as well as the volume adjustment really allowed me to participate in training as well as show off what a fantastic deal I got thru BestBuy. A few of my classmates ordered headsets for more than 3 times the price and did not have a better quality sound. This headset is also quite comfortable to wear which is a huge plus as it will be attached to my head for the next 4 weeks for 9-12 hours a day. Thanks again BestBuy, just another great product.

Like many, I am now joining in on many Zoom and Skype calls every day. The microphone on my laptop went bad, so I needed a new microphone. The cheap headsets were all sold out, so I spent a few dollars more for this Logitech headset, and happy with the result. This is a USB connection as I wanted. People tell me it sounds clear and great clarity. And now that I have headphones, others do not hear my laptop speakers. The over-the-ear style would be too much for me to wear all day, but it works fine for 2-3 hours at a time. I use the mute switch and volume control on the cable. This headset is plug-and-play for my hp, Lenovo laptops, ematic tablet, and compaq desktop. The microphone lifts up, out of the way, if you aren't speaking and want to drink a cup of coffee. I recommend it.

Great USB Noise-cancelling headset with mic. Just plug-n-play, works well with my laptop. Can easily select between headset and PC speakers. Like the convenient control on the cable to adjust volume and mute/unmute mic.

I purchased these for use in virtual web presentations with customers of our company. They work well, are light and comfortable to wear. They don't have all of the "bells and whistles" of higher priced headphones, but are a good product for the cost.

Bought for my business laptop as my older, cheaper headphones had just worn out and needed replacement. Logitech created a very good, travel-friendly pair of headphones with good comfort and sound. Mic works well and meetings are no longer interrupted by "can you turn up the gain on your mic?" questions. I have no question or qualm with this set of phones and recommend this set.

Let me start by saying young kids break stuff, so it's durable electronics are a must. The Logitech H390 is a fantastic headset option for those with younger kids that need an affordable, durable, and reliable headset. Since it is wired, you don't need to charge or pair it. It also works well with software such as Teams, WebEx and Zoom. It served as a great problem-free solution for multiple at-home learners in the same room. As a side-note, they are easy to wipe down - making them a solid choice if you need a cheap headset solution for an entire classroom. As for comfort, one of my older kids said it pinched his ears a little, so they might be better for elementary school aged kids. One of units I bought finally snapped after almost a year of use. However, Logitech covered it under the 2-year warranty.

    Logitech H390 Headset Review

This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.

The Logitech H390 is a solid choice for those seeking a reliable and affordable headset for everyday use. It offers clear audio quality and a noise-canceling microphone, making it ideal for video calls, online meetings, and general computer use. The USB connection ensures a hassle-free setup, and the in-line controls for volume and mute are convenient features. However, while the H390 excels in functionality, it falls short in terms of comfort for extended use. The ear pads, although cushioned, can become uncomfortable and cause ear fatigue after prolonged periods. This makes it less suitable for long gaming sessions or extended work hours. Pros: Clear audio quality Noise-canceling microphone Easy USB connection Convenient in-line controls Cons: Uncomfortable for long-term use Ear fatigue after extended wear Overall, the Logitech H390 is a good headset for short-term use, but if you need something for long hours, you might want to consider other options.

Thanks for sharing your thoughts! It’s great to hear the H390 delivers solid sound and comfort with easy setup—those soft cushions are a nice touch for long work sessions. If the fit feels a bit snug, sometimes adjusting the headband or taking short breaks can help ease the pressure. Glad it’s working well overall! Logitech

I was looking to purchase a fairly cheap headset due to my previous headset becoming older and material falling off but didn't want to spend really anymore than 30 dollars. I was also looking for a wired headset since the headset I was looking for wasn't going to be much further from my workstation and didn't need to deal with charging or working from a distance. Comparing to other headsets around the same price and comfort, I'm glad I purchased the H390. They are very comfortable and sound is great for calls. The only minor issue I would say is that background noise does tend to creep into the calls but with the price and overall quality, I can't fault them for that. I was also confused by the way the mute is indicated as the light blinks when it's muted and solid when it's not so that just took some time to get used to. I also purchased one for my wife and would recommend if you are looking for a decent pair of headphones for work.
