Overall I liked the product and didn't have any technical issues. There was a slight pairing problem but pretty sure that was the program I was using and shouldn't be reflective of the product.

Dependable usb headphones. Has a physical mute button on the headset cord. Solid light on the button means listening, blinking light means muted.

The dual earpieces is a nice feature. The mic picks up voice very well. Not exactly plug-and-play. In some programs, you must select the device as opposed to the built in mic.

I like the sound quality that the headset offers but as a streamer, I have found the microphone could be of better quality. Overall, this is a great product for the price.
