The headset connected without issue via USB, no need for additional software installation. Sound clarity was fine, though the headset became uncomfortable to wear after 20-25 minutes.

You can’t eat the quality for the price. This headset produces great sound quality and the microphone does not pick up background noise like other cheap headsets I’ve tried.

I was pleasantly surprised at the good sound I hear. When attached to my phone, my voice was heard over the phone without problem. The headset is very comfortable to wear.
