High quality headset for laptop
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.It was recommended by friends. We have teleconference and use VoIP. My previous phone headset did not work well with the speaker or microphone on my laptop. This set provides high quality sounds.

Great for the price but...

The mic is clear (or so I'm told), and the mute button is a handy feature. The problem with the headset though is the cord design. There are three different points at which this cord can fail. The incoming connection to the volume/mute button, the outgoing connection, and the incoming connection to the headphones themselves. The fittings are flexible, but don't seem incredibly sturdy. I all three of these lasting for more than a year before one of them gives. Overall good headset, just be aware of the cord design.
