Microphone only set up for right side and limited adjustability. If looking for true high performing headset, this isn’t it. Ok product for great price

It performs much better than the 3.5mm mics. The one issue I have with the product is the USB connector is oversized so it does not fit in the USB port snuggly, wobbles, and is in danger of getting knocked out of position with inadvertent hand movements.
