Was shocked never had an issue with the logitech before. Purchased in January and still trying to get replaced due to Best Buy policy cannot return after 15 days. Posted .Hello. I'm sorry to hear that your headset has failed on you for the second time. What about them is not working? If you are plugging into a USB hub, try plugging it straight into the computer. We have found that many times a USB hub isn't giving enough power to the headset for it to work properly. The title stated that you needed padded headphones... Were these not comfortable? For a much more comfortable experience, you can try our gaming headsets. The G432 is a great, low-cost headset that has plenty of padding and features.

Unmutes on its own

No idea why they designed it to unmute itself when I haven't chosen to unmute by pressing the button. This anti-feature has led to callers hearing me cough several times w/o me being aware. DO NOT BUY!
