I wanted something so I could hear and talk for Doctor's online visits. So I didn't have to buy speakers AND this item. I also found out that I could get a combo mike/audio with Ear buds. I was never told this. The earphones are ok, I don't really need them and I don't know what to do now.

It keeps making an annoying loud high pitched noise when using it especially when using it on Vidyo or Skype. I ended up using it only for the microphone and I use my laptop speakers instead.

Does what it says, but very uncomfortable!

Loud for dings from email but for phone calls people sound quiet and muffled. Do not recommend:(
