I purchased this USB earphone set, because my regular ear phone jack in my Dell Computer broke. The ear cups are very uncomfortable, small and do not keep out much external sound. They would be better if the ear cups weren't so hard, and a little larger. Comfort and keeping out external noise would be better. The alternative was a set with HUGE cups. I settled with this set.

There are only a couple of products to choose from but I think it fit fine for what it is used for.

Good Sound but the earphones are small so better suited for a child than an adult

This was the only usb headset in the store. I suggest you spend a little more. Most of the other options are not that much more expensive and will feel much better.

I ended up returning these. They are typical Logitech, not expensive but not great quality. I returned because I found them to be SO uncomfortable. I am a petite female and they squished my ears. After wearing them for several hours in an evening, I would wake up the next day with sore ears. This was unacceptable to me so back they went.

Great quality sound, and conversation is clear. I love it!

It was okay headphones. It was difficult to hear on them but they’re nice looking.

The sound quality was very poor, which was disappointing because I had a black set of these years ago. The sound was not an issue then. The color is nice when considering them online, but not as appealing in person. Overall, was pretty disappointed.

Had to return due to people saying they could not hear me

This worked perfect for what I needed it for. My cat chewed the cord to my work headset so I needed a backup. It happened again after I got the work replacement so this is a great backup.

The headset picks up every tiny sound in my home. I bought the heat set specifically for the noise canceling mic, but when I hear play back of recorded calls you can hear every single noise in my house. You can even hear the flushing of the toilet five rooms and two closed doors away. The switch to increase and decrease the volume is at a location that falls at desk level and frequently gets tapped on the desk if you forget to clip it to yourself. Also, if you hit the button more than once it mutes the mic and is hard to get in muted. The ear covers push my glasses into my head leaving my ears constantly sore. The only thing I liked about these was the ease of plugging them in the USB port of the computer. Will be buying a new set from a different brand.

Noise canceling microphone my butt. People on my webex meetings can hear everything going on around me. False advertisement. Sound is good in earphones, but I can hear any noise in the room. Don't buy it.

These headphones were overhyped. I have constant issues with them; my patients hear nothing but static 1/4 of the time and I constantly have to unplug and plug back in for them to work. I bought them two months ago. I was pretty disappointed, but I guess you get what you pay for.

Too small and to tight around your head. Soundwise ok. Would recommend if they fit.

These headphones are ok for just everyday use. The sound quality is average.

Can’t swap ears. Didn’t like as much as wireless version.

I liked the size of the Logitech H390 USB Headset, but it was too flimsy and I was worried the headband would break. When I plugged it in, it had a great sound BUT the mic didn't work so returned it the next day.

Its ok audio quality lacking but performs well enough
