    small ear pieces

    The ear pieces are way to small. I wish I had looked more close. They ride on the ear and not over the ear. The fit for a work day would hurt your ears.

    Simple but works great

    I used to buy the higher priced headset because I felt like i would get better use out of them. I quickly realized that wasn’t the case. I’m back to these basic ones and they get the job done.

    These worked OK and could be adjusted to fit comfortably enough, but I only used them about 3 hours a week for a specific purpose and after only about 2 months, they quit working! Garbage.

    These headphones do the job. Not great. They are average, but for the price you can't beat it

    It’s not designed for a right handed person. When I put it on my left ear everything fell into place, but when I put it on my right ear I was unable to adjust the mouth piece to fit comfortably.

    Didn’t meet my expectations at all! Returned to work today excited to use the new headphones. I spent 30 minutes with my companies Help desk for the sound and mic to work. Extremely low. Poor quality. Disappointed.

Also, use the in-line volume control and see if it's set low.     good, but mute doesn't work

    It works ok, but on my work laptop with Windows 10 the mute button does not work. It could be how the company has it locked down cause it does work on my personal one.

    Distorted Audio After 10 Seconds

    Does not work satisfactorily in Teams. After about 10 seconds in a Teams call or meeting the audio gets exceedingly distorted. I can clear it up by switching the output device to speakers momentarily, but the distortion recurs within 10 seconds of switching back to the headset. Once it's become distorted in Teams it is distorted from all sound sources on the system. No amount of re-plugging in the headphones or adjusting settings has fixed the issue. I'll be returning this.

    I have bought 2 of these headsets within a year of each other because we started working from home and was doing our business on teams, webex, etc. and the first set broke at the the junction where you adjust the section over the ears up or down. I went and bought another pair and it broke a the same place where you adjust them over yoru ears.

    cord twisted and left ear went dead after six months. had to buy a replacement. buy something else!
