    The sound quality is horrible. It doesn’t look like the original model in the picture at all. The original model was a better model. I’m disappointed

    Left Speaker stopped working after 3 months

    Poor quality headset. The left side speaker stopped working after only 3 months. No wear on the headset, it just sits in my headset holder until I need to make the occasional call.

      Sorry about that! Have you checked the USB cable connection to your computer? Also, try a different USB port on your computer and connect directly to your computer (do not use a USB hub). If the issue persists, reach out to Logi Support for further assistance.

    I hated this headset. It's not very comfortable. They are not noise cancelling, my customers could hear my cat in the background.

    I did not like this product. I could not hear anything. I'm not sure if it was just the headset and not the brand.

      Hi Cookie, thank you for sharing your experience with the H390 headset. I'm sorry that you did not enjoy the product and that you couldn't hear anything. The H390 has a volume control on the cable for the headset, but its important to make sure that the default volume level on the computer settings is not set low preventing the volume from increasing.     I ordered these for my wife who works from home. They didn’t even last 2 days before they quit working.

    Prefered by my son a different brand these were not appropriate for his needs. Returned them.

    Sounds was okay but the device was painful to wear. I world not recommend unless you have a tiny head and leathery ears.

    Stopped working in less than an week. I would not recommend this product. Random bursts of static were really annoying

      Hi Abhi, sorry to hear that you are unsatisfied with your H390 USB Headset. We are always looking for ways to improve our products, so we appreciate your review. Adjust the headset volume on the cable control. Make sure the headset is not on mute. The mute light flashes when mute
      has been activated. Check the USB cable connection to your computer. Try a different USB port
      on your computer. Connect directly to your computer. Do not use a USB hub. In your application and operating system, check the volume and microphone settings. Restart your application. Close all applications and make sure the headset is the default input/output device for your operating system. I hope this information will be helpful.     Not my favorite item at this time. It is a shame that it did not work to its reputation. Going back to store Sunday to replace.

    That pic is bs. The headset is much bulkier and you can only wear it on one side, the mic doesn't rotate 360
