    Do not buy these headphones. They worked fine for the 2 weeks I would have been able to return them to BestBuy and then on the third week just stopped working completely.

      Hi John, sorry to see you're having audio quality issues with your H390 headset. Sometimes if the headset isn't plugged into the computer all the way, that can affect the quality.     within a few months of light use these headphones developed a loose wire. They would cut out at the least movement. Save your money. Buy something else

    I needed it for work and after three weeks there’s a lot of static and the mic doesn’t work. Mic sounds choppy.

    Noise cancelling doesn't seem to cancel out the noise when I'm on the phone with my clients.

    It looks good. However, listening to the playback there was way too much humming in the background. Distorted the recording. I would not recommend this product.

    seriously- just plug it in! that's pretty much it! 5 stars just for simplicity! Bought for an interview, to eliminate any chance of miscommunicating due to poor sound quality. Thinking that nothing says NEXT more than echoes, having to repeat answers or questions or the inevitable answering a question you weren't asked because you couldnt understand or vice versa! They're re really comfortable, the cord is def long enough and the price is under $30! cant go wrong. No instructions were included- but they're not necessary turns out! would def recommend.

Luckily, this headset comes with a 2 year warranty so we can get that replaced for you! If you are still within the Best Buy return period, please exchange it for another one, as you may just have a defective unit.
