Transaction was very easy and staff was very helpful.

Audio quality is very clear, and the setup is extremely simple. The headset is a bit uncomfortable, and it's awkwardly large at times. Other than that, it is a solid headset.

Strengths are voice clarity so definitely a good buy on sale if you use VOIP programs like skype or watch streaming dramas and/or comedies. No emphasis on comfort besides lightweight.
